sewer working on Morsbag at Ten Thousand Villages

Ten Thousand Bags: a Morsbags Pod

Join us as we cut and sew reusable cloth bags. Make some to keep and some to give free to the public. Help us do something positive to reduce the use of plastic shopping bags--1 million are consumed per minute globally--of which hundreds of thousands end up in the oceans, hurting wildlife.

Currently, our pod has sewn the highest number of bags in the USA... over 300! Morsbags is a global movement! Free.

* The last Pod meeting for '08
is Sunday, Sept. 7, from 1:00-4:00 p.m. at the store.
